What is the return policy?

Of course we hope that you are happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have 30 days after you have received your order to return your order.

Fill in the return form and send it back together with the items. Make sure you return all parts of your order. We only guarantee a refund if the products are returned in perfect condition and original packaging.

Are the return costs for your own account?

Yes, return costs are for your own account. We also strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage. If the product is lost, this is not our responsibility.

Has my return package been received properly?

Returns arrive at our warehouse, where they are then processed. Once they have been processed, we will process the refund. Within 2 weeks after receiving your package you will receive a confirmation that your return has been processed and that your money has been refunded. If you are still concerned that your package has not been received by us, please feel free to contact us at info@generation-bold.com.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and will appear in your account 14 days after receipt.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange items. If you want a new item, you can place a new order after returning it.

I want to return two orders, can I have them shipped together?

Of course you can always return 2 orders in one shipment. This not only saves you shipping costs, but it is also better for the environment. It is important that you add the 2 separate invoices for the orders, as well as 2 different return forms. The clearer the better.

Our orders are sent via PostNL via a letterbox package.

When will my order be shipped?

Generation Bold strives to ship all orders placed before 4:00 PM within 1 working day. If the product is not delivered within the expected delivery time, it is not possible to make a claim. Generation Bold will always do their best to ensure deliveries are delivered on time.

How can I track my shipment?

All orders are shipped with PostNL including Track & Trace. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email from PostNL with your Track & Trace code.

Can I still change my address after I have completed my order?

After you have placed the order, unfortunately you can no longer make changes. If you have entered an incorrect address, you will need to cancel and place the order again.

Can I select a date and time for my order to be delivered?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a delivery date and time when placing an order, as our jewelery is always delivered through the letterbox.

I have received an incomplete order, what should I do?

Of course we do our best to ship your order on time and complete. We advise you to check your order (quantities and products) within 14 days. If something is missing, please email info@generation-bold.com within 14 days.

My order is damaged, what should I do?

Each piece of jewelery is thoroughly checked before it is packaged and shipped. Check your order within 14 days. If your piece of jewelery is damaged, we will investigate the problem and look for a solution together with you. Click here for more information.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the order once it has been placed. It is best to cancel the order and place a new order or return the order

Is it possible to have my order wrapped as a gift?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to have your order wrapped as a gift.

The different payment methods we offer are iDeal, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

When the price of an item I purchased changes, can I request a refund?

Unfortunately, in these cases it is not possible to receive the price difference as a refund.

Is there a warranty on the products?

All our products have a 1 year warranty.

How do I take care of my piercings?

Over time, dirt can accumulate on jewelry. To keep your jewelry looking bright and new, use a soft cloth and a mild solution of warm water and dish soap to remove dirt and stains. Rinse the jewelry with clean water and pat dry with a clean cloth. To clean the diamonds again, use a soft toothbrush to gently clean the diamonds.
