Delivery times are indications and Generation Bold is not responsible for delays at PostNL.
Generation Bold strives to ship all orders placed before 4:00 PM within 1 working day. If the product is not delivered within the expected delivery time, it is not possible to make a claim. Generation Bold will always do their best to ensure deliveries are delivered on time.
Orders are delivered via the letterbox if they meet the requirements that PostNL sets for the letterbox.
Additional charges will be applied if you enter a wrong delivery address, choose the wrong shipping option or Generation Bold resends the package for any other reason.
Generation Bold is responsible for the order until the moment of delivery. After delivery, the responsibility lies with the customer.
Incomplete shipment
Of course we do our best to ship your order on time and complete. We advise you to check your order (quantities and products) within 14 days. If something is missing, please email info@generation-bold.com within 14 days
Damaged items
Each piece of jewelery is thoroughly checked before it is packaged and shipped. Check your order within 14 days. If your piece of jewelery is damaged, we will investigate the problem and look for a solution together with you.
Send an email to info@generation-bold.com with the following information:
- A copy of your proof of purchase or order number
- A photo clearly showing the damage or defect
- A short description of the defect
What is the return policy?
Of course we hope that you are happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have 14 days after you have received your order to return your order.
To initiate a return, we ask that you contact us at info@generation-bold.com. We will then send you a return label.
Please note that items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.
What are the return costs?
Return costs are for your own account and paid shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. We also strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage. If the product is lost, this is not our responsibility.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and will appear in your account 14 days after receipt.
We will contact you by email once we have received and processed your return.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, you cannot exchange items. If you want a new item, you can place a new order after returning it
